How to check a licence yourself
- Scroll to the footer of the casino site. A UK-licensed operator must show that it is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission, usually with an account number.
- Search for that account number or the company name on the Gambling Commission's public register.
- Check that the status is active, that the licence covers remote casino, and that the website's domain is listed under the licence.
A licence from Malta, Curaçao or anywhere else does not allow a site to take customers in Great Britain. A logo without a number is not proof of anything.
How offers are ranked
Offers are ordered by type first, with free no deposit offers above deposit offers, then by our grade within each type. Our offer grader uses the same weights we use internally: wagering counts most, then max cash-out, then time limits, the max bet rule and whether a card is needed.
We penalise, and often refuse to list, offers with very short deadlines, unclear max bet rules, or significant terms hidden away from the offer.
How we make money
Some links on ZeroDep are affiliate links: if you open an account through them, the casino may pay us a fee. Those links are marked as sponsored in the code of the page. Commission never changes the maths in the calculator or the grade of an offer, and we don't list casinos that fail the licence check, however much they offer.
Keeping offers up to date
Casino offers change often. We re-check every listed offer regularly and remove offers that have ended. If you find an offer that no longer matches our summary, tell us and we'll fix it. The terms on the casino site always take priority.
